I would like to know more about education in the UK&NI. Is it possible for a foreign undergraduate student to enter the most prestigious universities of UK - Oxford and Cambridge? Financial aspects do not matter.

I could also, if you want me to, look into what we have here in the UK, as correspondence courses known as ' Open University ', where you can studied at home.
