Artist Review: / Album Review:

It presents a music combining extreme metal with acoustic and folkloric sonorities. BRAN BARR develop there the celtic dimension thanks to the addition of war pipes, french bombarde and bodhran to his instrumental palette. Inspired by a novel written by Aed Morban, the lyrics are the reflection of a fantasy world based on the mythology of the pre-christian celtic era.

Lyrics also deal with fantasy inspired by celtic myth and gallic history. "Les Chroniques de Naerg" was inspired by the gallic war against Cesar and the myth of Cuchulainn. The story of the second album takes place before the one of the first, but the two are linked. It's about a war in the Sidh, the "underworld" where mythological people still live. This war is parallel with the one in the human world. It's the same fight between Kran, the god of entropy, and the old keltain gods. The destiny of the two worlds will meet in the third part.

все равно команда имеет корни от Cruachan-овского "Tuatha na gael". то есть на 4-ре годами раньше последняя начала продвигать кельтский языческий металл, хотя на кассете 1996 года разлива пишется, что это викинг стиль.
